Arlington Chamber Announces 2020 Finalists for Best Business Awards

2020 FINALISTS ANNOUNCED FOR THE 34TH ANNUAL BEST BUSINESS AWARDS

ARLINGTON, VA - As a way to celebrate Business Appreciation Month and to recognize and support Arlington businesses during this challenging time, the Chamber announced today its 2020 finalists for the 34th Annual Arlington Best Business Awards. The Chamber received many noteworthy submissions this year, ensuring a highly competitive selection process. The winners will be announced at the Best Business Awards, which has been postponed until the fall due to COVID-19. This prestigious event recognizes businesses in the Arlington community that go above and beyond to make Arlington a great place to work and live.

The nominated businesses were scored by a panel of past winners on the following five criteria:

Be a viable, ongoing, full-time business that has experienced significant growth or stability over its business life.
Be well-known and respected by customers or clients for consistently delivering exceptional quality or service.
Be a leader in its industry in Arlington OR have a significantly unique approach to delivery of its goods or services.
Display an interest in and concern for the Arlington community - either corporately or through its owners and/or employees backed by the company.
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion as part of company culture.

These awards are earned by Chamber member businesses located in Arlington that fall into the following categories: nonprofit organizations; businesses under 50 full-time employees in retail, service, technology, and home-based; and businesses with more than 50 full-time employees.
