The Arlington Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the launch of ShopChamber, a new initiative designed to encourage member-to-member business, referrals, and support of Arlington member businesses and organizations. ShopChamber is focused on stimulating local sales by promoting business-to-business and consumer buying with Chamber members.

The ShopChamber campaign will begin on December 1, 2014, as we kick off the holiday season. It will feature a different industry every month, giving businesses increased visibility through marketing and advertising. December will feature restaurants, florists, and other retailers. The community will be able to search online for participating ShopChamber members via the Arlington Chamber of Commerce website.

This new campaign will draw attention to the 700+ Chamber member businesses and organizations in the Arlington community, who provide a wide variety of products and services ranging from catering to marketing, finance, tech support, nonprofit causes and more.

"When we 'shop' our local community, and specifically Chamber members, we directly promote and stimulate a strong and vibrant local economy," said Kate Roche, President & CEO of the Arlington Chamber. "By shopping Chamber first, members will spend their money locally, which in turn will make for stronger businesses and a stronger community. This is the mission of the Chamber: to strengthen businesses and the economic environment for those who work, live and do business in Arlington."
