24-26 March 2023

Sponsored by Army Rugby Advisory Committee (ARAC), the Army Rugby Legacy Weekend is the annual gathering for the Old Gray community. We come together to reminisce, socialize, and most importantly, to support the Army Rugby team

The events will be held over the weekend of March 24-26, 2023.

The inaugural edition of ARLW in 2019 and the 2022 event were both resounding successes.  This year, an even bigger turnout of Grads and fans is expected.  The weekend will feature social gatherings, Old Gray vs. Old Blue Match, and ARAC and Old Gray are hosting the Cow and Firstie ruggers at the 3rd Brothers Legacy Event (BLE).  We look forward to seeing all who are part of the Army Rugby community.

BROTHERS Army Rugby Documentary

Two former Army Ruggers-turned-filmmakers (Brian Anthony ’01 and Sean Mullin ’97) are currently in production on a feature length documentary about the Men’s Army Rugby Team. They have been following the team since their historic National Championship victory last spring – and production will continue through the graduation of the Class of ’23. 

Brian and Sean have a solid track record of successful film and television projects – and their plan is to release the film around the globe in 2024. 

They are currently raising money to finish the film, so if you, or anyone you know might be interested in supporting the project, we encourage you to reach out to them directly (sean@fivebyeight.com and brian.anthony9@gmail.com). 

The project is set up to accept both equity investments – as well as tax-exempt donations. The specifics are laid out in an investment prospectus, which is available upon request. 10% of all Net Proceeds of the film will be donated to the Army West Point Men’s Rugby Endowment.

There is no greater feeling than seeing a wining final score over Navy. The Old Gray Over 50 side is 2-0 vs. Navy's Old Blue. The 50's are going for the three-peat and we are pulling together both open and under 50 teams as well.
