A note from the president
Hey Friends,

It continues to be an incredible summer here in downtown Saint Paul, and this week was particularly great, with the opening of The 428. I'm happy to announce that the Downtown Alliance has a membership at the building's new Wellworth coworking space, so stop by, say hello and check out our new digs!

See you all around (down)town,

Joe Spencer
President

Head to CHS Field for the Summer Beer Dabbler
Make your way to CHS Field on Saturday, August 25, for an afternoon of good beer and entertainment. Now in its 10th year, the Beer Dabbler boasts more than 130 breweries sampling more than 400 beers.

Next week at Central Station
From Universal Dance Destiny's mixture of hip-hop, African dance and spoken word storytelling to Hans Friese & Friends' Brazilian music and dance to food trucks ranging from Korean BBQ to taqueria fare, there's plenty of fun to go around at Central Station next week!

The 428 is now open
The former Woolworth's space is officially reopened as eco-friendly, innovative and forward-looking office space, complete with a full floor of co-working space. This cutting-edge development embodies the new direction of commercial office space across the country.

The Alliance reflects on Amazon HQ2
After Amazon's proposal process for picking its next headquarters location, CityLab reached out to local leaders across the country to get their take -- and Saint Paul Downtown Alliance President Joe Spencer weighed in.
