A note from the president
Happy first snowfall and Thanksgiving friends!

I don't want to interrupt your time playing (or shoveling) in the snow, relaxing (or debating) with family, or hopefully just enjoying some time off, but I do want to take a moment to say thanks to each and every one of you within our downtown community for continuing to work with us to make downtown Saint Paul its best version yet. We are fortunate to be a downtown filled with individuals, organizations and institutions committed to growth and progress that benefits us all.

I also want to make sure you're all aware of some of the great events happening downtown during Thanksgiving break. The 41st Annual Hmong New Year celebration will bring visitors from around the world to the RiverCentre this weekend, SIX begins its run at the Ordway before heading to Broadway, and there's even a special LEGO Brickmania build-along happening at the History Center as part of the phenomenal First Avenue exhibit.

Wishing you all a very happy Thanksgiving,

Joe Spencer
