A note from the president
Hey Friends,

It is officially September, and downtown Saint Paul is a gorgeous, sunny hot spot of activity with new development and businesses popping up each week. From Birch's Lowertown Taproom and Barrel House opening its doors to The Ackerberg Group's announcement that they will be developing housing and commercial space in the Seestedt Carpet building across from CHS Field - there's plenty to be excited about. However, right now I'm most excited about the Downtown Alliance's newest team member, Emma Burns! Read on to learn more.

See you all around (down)town,

Joe Spencer
