News from the Downtown Alliance

A note from the president

Happy June, happy Pride Month, and happy official ending of the last of the COVID-19 restrictions in Saint Paul! It's been a week full of sunshine and good news, and I want to take a minute to thank all of our local leaders who worked tirelessly to get us to this point, and all of our business owners and employers who made huge sacrifices to get us here. As we begin to take off our masks, I am grateful for our community's efforts to keep each other safe.

On that note -- if you have yet to get the COVID-19 vaccine, it's not too late! You can sign up here and get yours today.

Our calendar of #WelcomeBackStPL events is starting to ramp up, with the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra in Mears tonight AND the Okie Dokie Brothers at the Ordway all weekend! Read more below to get the scoop on upcoming events, including Lowertown Sounds, the StPL Jazz & Blues series and more, as well as opportunities to weigh in on some bigger transportation projects coming to downtown in the future.
As we kick off our #WelcomeBackStPL campaign, make sure to find us on social media (@stpldowntown), and follow us, share the content you like with your networks, and post your own content with #WelcomeBackStPL.

Thanks for reading and enjoy the warm, sunny weekend!
