The latest emergency orders from Governor Walz limiting capacity and hours for restaurants and bars will take effect tonight. While we are optimistic that these measures will help to slow the spread of COVID-19, there can be no denying the impact this pandemic has had on the small business community of restaurants and retail stores throughout downtown.

To the extent that you are able we encourage you to continue to patronize your favorite local spots, or try somewhere completely new, by ordering for takeout.
