Greetings, Artesia Residents

I am excited to introduce myself and share how happy I am to be joining the Artesia community as your Community Manager.

I look forward to getting to know each of you, learning what makes Artesia special, and working together to continue making this a wonderful place to call home.

I believe that strong communities are built through communication, collaboration, and meaningful relationships. My goal is to be approachable, responsive, and committed to providing the best possible experience for our residents.

As I settle into my new role, I encourage you to stop by the office, introduce yourself, I look forward to building positive relationships throughout the community.

Thank you for the warm welcome! I am truly excited about this new chapter and all that we will accomplish together.

Fall is here, and it's time to give your trees a fresh new look!

A little trimming goes a long way in keeping our community beautiful and safe. As you freshen up your landscaping, remember to:

  • Raise those canopies. Trim low-hanging branches to maintain at least 6 feet of clearance over sidewalks.
  • Remove tree suckers! Clear away those unwanted shoots growing from the base of your trees. We want trees, not bushes.
  • Keep pathways clear. Make sure branches aren't blocking sidewalks, street signs, or visibility for drivers.

Let's keep our community looking its best this fall. A little tree TLC makes a big difference.

Trash Can Reminders:
Under our Declaration (Section 7.36), trash cans may be placed at the curb starting at dusk the evening before pickup and must be brought back in by dusk on pickup day. At all other times, please store cans out of view from the street and neighboring homes, such as in the garage, behind the fence, or behind approved screening. Thank you for helping keep Artesia looking its best.

BUURT is designed to be your central resource for Artesia Association information. As additional features are activated and information is added, homeowners will be able to use BUURT for many of their routine Association needs.

We encourage every homeowner to register and become familiar with the platform. As we continue building out Artesia's information within BUURT, we will provide additional instructions and updates on available features.

Mobile Credentials System Outage:

We are currently experiencing a system outage affecting mobile credentials. At this time, Association staff are unable to add new users or make modifications to existing accounts.

We are actively working with the vendor to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. While we have not yet received an estimated timeline for restoration, please know that we are continuing to follow up and push for updates.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work toward a resolution.
