Ride of a lifetime...

Our families know all too well just how difficult it is to be away from home during the holidays especially when their child is ill. The opportunity to bring a little light into the eyes of an ill child is something for which we all strive. Last week, Epic Helicopers of Fort Worth, did just that! Zachary McBride, who was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in October, flew high above Fort Worth, courtesy of Epic Helicopters, to view the Christmas lights. Go to our website to read the article and visit our Facebook page to view some of the news stories about his adventure.

We are ready for the holidays!

Last night, we welcomed Ronald McDonald, Santa Claus and many of our friends and families to the House to officially celebrate the holiday! Our giant tree in the courtyard had its lights turned on by Santa and Ronald McDonald and we all enjoyed some wonderful food and festivities. Thank you to everyone who helped with the evening! Check out the tree!

We know that families are stronger when they are together, and their presence helps a sick child heal faster and cope better. You can bring light to the lives of many who must call our House their home during holiday season. Please participate in our annual Lights of Love campaign by making a gift of $10 or more. Because of your generosity, the Ronald McDonald House of Fort Worth will glow during the holiday season.

Last year, the Lights of Love campaign made over $46,000. Help us exceed that amount this year!
