Redmond, Wash. -- On June 11, 2015 at 8:15 pm Redmond Police responded to an armed robbery at the Redmond Town Center Mac (Computer) Store near 16500 NE 74 ST. Two store employees were robbed at gunpoint by a lone suspect. The suspect passed a note stating he had a gun and for the employees not to try to be heroes. The victims observed a black handgun in the suspect's waistband. The suspect stole cash and Apple merchandise, estimated at approximately $20,000, and placed the items into large plastic bags. The two employees were bound with zip ties and duct tape before the suspect fled on foot into the Marriott Hotel near 7400 164 AVE NE. No injuries to the store employees were reported. Hearing officers arrive in the area, the suspect fled Town Center, leaving behind stolen items from the Mac Store as well as dropping a backpack outside of the Marriott. Police K9 units tracked the suspect away from the Town Center area, but were unable to locate the suspect. A search warrant was obtained for the backpack and located inside was a black Walther CP99, which is a precise replica of a Walther P99 firearm as well as paperwork associated with Logan Dancer. Based on further investigation and items located in the backpack, Detectives were able to identify the suspect as Logan David Dancer, DOB 11/07/1959. Dancer had been released from Stafford County Correctional Center the morning of the Mac Store robbery where he completed serving a sentence for a series of bank robberies in 2008. On June 15, 2015 Logan Dancer robbed a US Bank located in Seattle. A warrant for Robbery 1st degree has been issued. Logan Dance failed to show for his Department of Corrections appointment after his release. A no bail nationwide extradition warrant for Escape Community Custody has been issued. An arrest warrant has been issued for Logan Dancer for Armed Robbery in the 1st Degree and Kidnapping in the 1st Degree for the Mac Store robbery.
