Limiting exposure during high traffic times, like arrival and dismissal, is an important risk mitigation strategy. To this end, families will divide into different slots for arrival and dismissal.
Please read these important notes before selecting slots:
  1. There are two (2) tabs in the arrival/dismissal spreadsheet. The first is for families with children in the South Campus (Gan, K, and 1st grade) and the second is for families in the North Campus (grades 2-7).
  2. Arrival and dismissal slots are specific (e.g. arrive by 8:10AM) not 10 minute windows (e.g. not 8:10AM-8:20AM).
  3. Chativah families (whether or not you have children in other grades) have been assigned pre-designated arrival & dismissal slots at the North Campus.
  4. Tzaharon (extended day) until 3:00PM is only being offered to Gan families with siblings who have later dismissal times.
  5. Families who have children in both campuses should try to select arrival and dismissal slots for each campus that allow time for travel between campuses. Please reach out to admin@beitrabban.org if you need help or accommodations. We know this is most complicated for you.
Multiple arrival and dismissal slots create logistical challenges for the school overall, for individual classes, and, most significantly, for families. We still believe this is a worthwhile risk mitigation strategy. Nonetheless, we recognize and apologize for the added complications this may cause.

Please make sure to review the Reopening Plan closely. You can email admin@beitrabban.org with any questions, or wait to ask them at the next town hall for families. Please note that this Reopening Plan requires certain pre-school preparation.
