V-29 Hybrid Debuts in Palm Beach

The most versatile center console under 30 feet, the V-29 Hybrid debuts at the Palm Beach International Boat Show, which begins tomorrow and runs through Sunday. Sporting an attractive Aristo Blue gelcoat, the V-29 will be alongside the new V-28 Bay which debuted at the Atlantic City Boat Show a few weeks ago. With Valhalla’s industry-leading design, engineering, fit, finish and customer service, this all-new dynamic duo will redefine their class of high-performance inshore boats.

The goal with the V-29 Hybrid was to design a hardcore fish boat with unmatched versatility, one that can work the inshore reefs, fish the flats, hit the sandbar and cruise to a waterfront restaurant for dinner all in one day.

Powered with twin 300-hp Mercury Verados with accent panels matching the boat’s gelcoat, the V-29 is outfitted with a pair of Blade Edition Power-Poles. Helm and forward seating features Release Marine teak backrests and the resin-infused hardtop with integrated radar dome holds a rocket launcher with five rod holders.

A Costa Marine enclosure provides a clear view from the helm. The hardtop is also equipped with two low-profile Lumitec Razor light bars, and at the bow, you have a Minn Kota Instinct trolling motor with remote control.

The V-28 on display at the show will be hull No. 2 (above), outfitted with a hardtop and powered with twin 300-hp Mercury V8 four-strokes. Hull No. 1 – the V-28 with single 400-hp Verado (and no hardtop) that premiered in Atlantic City – will remain in New Jersey serving as a demo boat.

The V-28 and V-29 will be part of the complete seven-vessel V Series fleet presented by the Viking subsidiary Valhalla Boat Sales, located between ramps 3 and 4 and adjacent to the HMY Yachts display.
