Clinton High Attache' members are selling pecans as a fundraiser, and the one-pound bags will arrive just in time for Thanksgiving!
The pecans are full halves, not broken, and are great for gifts, holiday baking, or just snacking. Bags may be purchased for $14.00 each, and be ordered from any Attache' singer/dancer, pit or crew member.
Payment is due when the bags are delivered - usually the week before Thanksgiving. For more information, call 601-924-0707.

The ABCs of starting a new year
Dr. Andy Schoggin is entering is fifth year as CPSD's Superintendent and knows that a successful school year mirrors what it it takes to make a successful school district.
We talked about the ABCs of starting a new school year in efforts to continue Clinton's successful track record of preparing students for the future.

The Clinton Public School District's Board of Trustees will hold its monthly meeting at 7:00pm on Tuesday, Sept 9, 2025, in the Central Office Boardroom.
The Board of Trustees meet on the second Tuesday of every month.
These meetings are open to the public.

Clinton Football squares off with Vicksburg for Fall Scrimmage
The Clinton High School Football team starts its 2025 season with a fall scrimmage against the Vicksburg Gators at 6:30 p.m. on Friday in Vicksburg.
The Arrows square off against Vicksburg on the campus of Vicksburg High School. It will be the first time for Clinton fans to see the team under the direction of Head Football Coach Hamer Morgan after Fall Camp.
The scrimmage can be viewed on Clinton's HudlTV page with no charge for the viewer. Play-by-play commentary for the scrimmage's live stream will be provided by Robert Chapman.

Reserved seat renewal underway
The 2025 football season is fast approaching and Reserved Section ticket holders have an opportunity to renew their tickets and seats from the 2024 season.
Lasty year's season ticket holders are offered the opportunity to purchase their tickets, again, before these reserved-section tickets become available for the general public.

Swim team dives into first meet
The Clinton Arrows Swim Team (CAST) opened its 2025 season and qualified several swimmers into the MHSAA Class III North State Championships.
Coach Marcy Rushing and CAST hope Clinton fans will come out and support the them as they go head-to-head against Vicksburg High School this Saturday, August 23, at Vicksburg City Pool.

Lady Arrows Golf places top five
The Clinton High School Women's Golf team made their second appearance of this early campaign and secured a top-five finish on Wednesday at Whisper Lake Country Club.
The Lady Arrows are back in action with an event next Tuesday when they travel to Choctaw Central's tournament at Dancing Rabbit Golf Club in Philadelphia.

Boys Golf places third in Vicksburg
The Clinton High School Men's Golf team put forth a strong effort on Tuesday, August 19th.
The Arrows do not have to wait long to hit the course as they travel to the Germantown High School Mav Invitational tomorrow, August 20. The tournament will be played at Lake Caroline Golf Course.

XC wins at Ole Brook Invitational
The Clinton High School Men's Cross Country team grabbed victory in their 2025 debut at the Ole Brook Invitational on Thursday evening.
The Arrows get back into competition on Saturday, September 6, at the Tupelo Invitational in Tupelo.

Gibbs, Moore place one, two
The Clinton High School Women's Cross Country team opened its 2025 season with two stellar individual performances at the Ole Brook Invitational on Thursday evening. Olivia Gibbs, a freshman, and Riley Moore, a junior, finished first and second, respectively.
The Lady Arrows take a three-week hiatus from any cross country meets when they return to the course at the Tupelo Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 6.

CJHS VB Sweeps Vicksburg
The Clinton Junior High School Volleyball team swept the Vicksburg Lady Gators in three straight sets.

CJHS XC wins at Jaguar Trails Meet
The CJHS Boys' Cross Country team claimed victory behind great invidivual performances on Tuesday evening.
In the girls' 3000m race, the Lady Arrows landed in third place for the team competition, and AvaKate Boone was the top individual for the red and black.
