FRIENDS OF SCOUTING CAMPAIGN -MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVER.
We hope this finds you and your family well during these unprecedented times. We know things are tough for a number of folks right now, but we also know that when we get to the other side of all of this, people will still need Scouting. Given current events, we anticipate even more families will need financial assistance for this year’s programming, and we want to be sure we are equipped to step up for those needing help. We are asking you to consider making a donation now and not delaying until a later time in the year.

To make all this happen, we rely on the generosity of people like you who share our vision. Annual membership fees do not support the local Scouting program. This year, and now more than ever, we need your help. The money raised through this campaign creates opportunities for learning and growth that foster and strengthen self-confidence, ethics, respect for others, academic skills and leadership abilities. It’s more than a gift – it’s an investment in our future. Thank you for your consideration of this request.
District roundtable meetings have been cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns. Meetings will resume when it is safe to do so. When restored;
The Arrowhead District Roundtable is held:

2nd Thursday of each month (except June & July) at 7 pm at First Baptist Church, 7 Fox Meadow Lane, Moweaqua

These gatherings play a significant role in providing great information to ANY leader and ANY adult that has a Scout in the program. A fun environment creates excitement around the coming month of activities, and exciting programs. The most important aspect of the gathering is the collaboration between the adults and discussion of best practices to enhance the Scouting experience for youth.
