ART, REVOLUTION AND RESISTANCE

Join muralist Rachel Wolfe-Goldsmith and workshop facilitator/comedian Langstyn Avery for an experience blending art and creativity with activism and equity! We’ll meet at the Downtown Library and go for a guided walking tour of the Redwood City Racial Equity mural for an open discussion about the history of the city. Then we will return to the library for some art-activities that activate our revolutionary spirit!

This workshop is accessible for all ages and walks of life. Join us for a fun and creative event that will inspire your appetite for justice and creativity.

Mural tour: Meet in front of the library at 2pm

Art activities: Meet us in the Makerspace at 3pm

This program series was made possible by a grant from the Redwood City Arts Commission, with additional support from by Friends of the Redwood City Public Library.
