ART AROUND TOWN: FREE FALL EDITION
Things to See & Do in Baltimore This October
The regional premiere of Blood Countess by Kelleen Conway Blanchard opens at the Strand Theater on Friday, October 29, and runs through November 14, 2021. As part of Free Fall, a limited number of tickets are offered to the public free of charge. To claim your free tickets, use the code FREEFALL21 at checkout. Opening night is currently sold out, but there are still tickets available for the rest of Halloween weekend. SCARY STORIES IN THE DELL
Enjoy a Spooky Read Aloud by the Fire
Bring marshmallows, graham crackers, and chairs or blankets to relax around the fire pit on the beautiful lawn space at the Wyman Park Dell for a night of spooky readings on Friday, October 29, from 7:00–10:00 p.m. All are welcome! Click the button below for more information.
COMMUNITY CONCERT SERIES
With the Baltimore Children's Choir

BALTIMORE FILMMAKERS WORKSHOP
What Are Film Festivals Looking For?
On Saturday, October 30, from 12:00–2:00 p.m., come to the Parkway Theatre to learn what makes a successful submission from members of the Baltimore Filmmakers Collective and Maryland Film Festival alumni. The program will follow an open screening format. Panelists include Eric Cotten, Dina Fiasconaro, and Richard Chisholm. Registration is required.
FAMILY HARVEST FESTIVAL
Fall-Themed Crafts & Activities for All Ages
Join Catherine's Family and Youth Services Inc. from 12:00–3:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 30, for a fun family harvest festival. Come dressed in your favorite costume and enjoy a free lunch and candy bags. Stop by the petting zoo, pick a few pumpkins, take a pony ride, do some fall crafts, and more! Don't forget to grab a take home cookie decorating kit before you go! Prizes will be given for the best costume. No registration required. Click the button below for event details.
HOT ON THE BLOCK
A Pop-up Style Art Show
Join the Hot Sauce Artists Collective on Saturday, October 30, from 3:00–8:00 p.m. for Hot on the Block. This event is in Graffiti Alley behind the Motor House. It will be an outdoor gallery pop-up style show, and Motor House will be open with drinks and music. Click below for details.
A CELEBRATION OF ALL THINGS FALL
Brought to You by the YACOs
On Saturday, October 30, from 4:30–9:00 p.m., Young Adult Community Organizers of Baltimore (YACOs) is hosting Fall-o-ween — a celebration of all things fall. This second annual "Fall-o-ween" will have pumpkin painting, s'mores, snacks, games, and costume prize giveaways! The feature film for the evening will be Cruella. The Baltimore Farmers' Market & Bazaar is back on Sundays from 7:00 a.m.12:00 p.m.! 

The Baltimore Farmers’ Market & Bazaar has welcomed back beloved elements like hot food vendors and the Bazaar’s artisans in a limited capacity, after offering a food-only market throughout the 2020 season. The Baltimore Farmers’ Market & Bazaar continues maintaining public health regulations to provide a safe experience for all.  

The 44th season is scheduled to run weekly, 7:00 a.m.12:00 p.m. on Sundays through December 19, 2021, with continuous adaptation to maintain health and safety. See the full list of farmers, food vendors, and Bazaar artisans by visiting the link below!
