Scholarships are offered for Students in grades 7-12  and the Lang Memorial Scholarship for seniors going to college who are pursuing the arts (literature, drama, dance, music or the visual arts).

Create Pottery at Home
In an effort to follow social-distancing recommendations -we want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem!  Please check out  Pottery-To-Go Kits, you just pick them up, paint with provided brushes and glazes in the comfort & safety of your own home, then drop your masterpiece back off at Creation Place for firing in the kiln! Online Black and White Exhibit
Library Arts Center Black and White Exhibit 
Black and White Exhibit, that was scheduled to open in the Gallery is now online until May 29. This juried exhibit features artwork of all mediums made in black, white and gray. Painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, photography, mixed media etc. are all be represented. The wide array of mediums, styles, and themes are all connected by black and white. 
HOPE Community Art Project
Library Arts Center wants to know...   
What hope is to you? Take a few minutes and write it down, draw it, doodle it, paint it, photograph or type it.  The only guidelines are that every entry should be in a square format and black and white.  Snap a photo of your creation (in good light if possible) and submit it online Learn More Here.
 
LAC Online Watercolor Class

Join our wonderful watercolor instructor Becky Bense for weekly watercolor lessons online through Zoom.

Northern Stage- Adult Play Date
Curated by Northern Stage and presented each week by a different artist, Adult Play Date dives deep into some of the greatest plays and playwrights. Participants will read a new play every week and then come together at the end of the week for a conversation via Zoom (an online video-streaming platform). Fridays from 4:00 to 5:30 PM EST. Andover Virtual Coffeehouse Featuring Kala Farnham
Our Andover Coffeehouse will be held online on Zoom. We'll start promptly at 7 p.m. and we hope you'll join us from the comfort of your own living room. It's easy.
