New website! Last year, we were very fortunate to receive a grant for a new website from Road Warrior Creative, a digital creative marketing agency, here in Georgetown. The url is the same, but you will be able navigate easily on the device of your choice and find our most current programs & announcements. Please browse our online gift shop and look for the ability to buy exhibit art at the end of the year. Check it out!
It's Art Hop XIII! Art Hop is the best place in Texas to catch rising stars! Despite our changing world, you can depend on Art Hop to bring you the best art from all over the state of Texas. Mark your calendars for October 3 so that you can experience our 13th Art Hop! Start your viewing at the library and be sure to be at the splash pad outside of the Art Center at 3:30pm for the winners to be announced. An artist directory with over 100 original works of art will be available to locate the artists by category and location.
October 9 is your deadline to submit an application to run for the board of Georgetown Art Works, the non-profit that operates the Georgetown Art Center. A current membership is required to become a board member and to vote for the board. Elections are scheduled for November 9th at the Legacy Pavilion at San Gabriel Park at 6pm.
