As we celebrate the end of a busy academic year, we are planning for Destin School of the Arts' fun-filled summer activities! Below you will find a highlight of our currently scheduled summer classes and camps that are open for registration!

  • $65 for all 4 lessons (due at registration)
  • $20 per individual lesson (due at the start of class attending)

Shake, Rattle, & Roll!
Registration is now OPEN for Shake, Rattle, & Roll! Every Monday in June we will welcome students - Pre-K through 2nd Grade - to Destin School Of the Arts for a high energy, rhythm thumping music class with the one and only  Roberto Padron  -
AKA “Mr. Rubber-Toe!” 
Classes begin Monday, June 4th at 2:00 p.m.

Registration & Class fees are due upon reservation. Supplies included are a take home custom Fresh Foodies apron & recipe binder, as well as in-class cooking and prep materials!
FRESH FOODIES SETS ITS SIGHTS ON SUMMER ENTERTAINING!
On Tuesday, June 12, from 5:30 - 7:00 p.m, Chef Carrie Knife returns to the kitchen classroom to instruct student chefs on preparation of delicious recipes for summer entertaining!

2018 FINE ARTS SUMMER CAMP!

The DSOTA Fine Arts Camp will give young student artists the opportunity to be introduced to the beautiful world of the great master artists! With a strong focus on art history & technique, these energetic & interactive lessons surrounding multiple mediums of the visual arts will give campers the chance to learn, create, and challenge themselves in multiple art forms - such as painting, sketching, sculpture, and photography - throughout the week!

3rd - 5th Grade Artists
July 16 – 20, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
6th – 8th Grade Artists
July 23 – 27, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

  • $125 for the FULL week!
  • $30 Supplies Fee is due upon registration. (Nonrefundable)

A Creative Writing Camp at DSOTA is not "INCONCEIVABLE!"

With writing exercises based on the classic William Goldman novel, The Princess Bride , this 5 day writing intensive camp will take young authors on an adventure through the creative writing process with published author, and returning favorite DSOTA guest artist, Ms. Rachel Reese. This unique creative arts camp promises to be a GIANT success worthy of the greatest love story of all time!

COME MAKE A SCENE AT DSOTA'S
PERFORMING ARTS CAMP!

This high energy, children’s theatre camp will not only provide young actors with exposure to the magic of the theatrical performing arts, but it will also work to build and strengthen their self-confidence, imagination & creative thought, teamwork ability, concentration & focus, verbal & nonverbal communication skills, problem solving, and memorization skills! Through acting & improv games, technique training, music, stage movement, and more than a touch of fun, these young actors will be ready for the spotlight by the end of the week!
2nd - 5th Grade Actors

6th – 8th Grade Actors
July 23 – 27, 1:30 - 4:00 p.m.
