Everyone is invited to submit to the 18th Annual Poetry competition. The contest theme for 2022 is “People Are . . . Everything.”  
 
The five new contest categories are: 
People Are Funny  
People Are Amazing  
People Are World Changers  
People Are Unreasonable  
People Are Unpredictable

There is no entry fee.
Young Poets, 18-years of age or under, are encouraged to submit poems to compete in a special “Young Poets” category.
GRANTS SPOTLIGHT
LAKE TAHOE DANCE COLLECTIVE
The Lake Tahoe Dance Collective was awarded an ACPC grant to support guest artist's fees for the Lake Tahoe Dance Festival. These funds have and will continue to guarantee LTDC to obtain the highest level of guest artists and teachers to perform at their world-class festival and to teach at the annual Young Dancers Workshop, respectively, while keeping tuition for the workshop as well as ticket prices affordable to everyone in our community.
"This year will be especially celebratory as we mark our 10th Anniversary. Current conversations with guest artists from Martha Graham Dance Company, Paul Taylor Dance Company, New York City Ballet, LA Dance Project and more." said Christin Hanna Madigan.
LTDC has established itself as a leading presenter of classic and new works on the west coast through unique programming in an intimate setting with the stunning backdrop of Lake Tahoe.
