Living with arthritis is hard. That’s why we want to make working with arthritis easier!

This may come as a surprise, but an estimated 1 in 4 employees here at Orange County Government are living and working with arthritis. That means too many of our colleagues are experiencing daily pain from getting ready for the workday, sitting at a desk, typing and other daily tasks.

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve joined the Arthritis Foundation’s Arthritis@Work program to bring Orange County Government employees tools, resources and support to live and work better.

Now, all Orange County Government staff members have access to:

A special online portal employees with arthritis www.arthritis.org/OCFL
A pain reduction goal-setting app and everyday pain management strategies
Virtual and in-person support groups
Quarterly webinars and podcasts
Tools to help managers better understand and support employees with arthritis
