In June 2021, Ruth Ann led the Kopakama cooperative in a Positive Leadership workshop aimed at improving teamwork and cohesiveness. The exercises included an adaptation of a group game designed by leading researchers. The Positive Leadership game includes a card deck where participants share ideas to solve problems positively. The solutions for positive leadership fall into groups like "Support for Growth", "Share Information", and "Best Selves".
