Public Meeting
The Community's City Center Plan is a 10-year road map for downtown development that was created with significant input from our residents and community members. Catalyst Project #5 aims to construct a trail linking City Park and the Washington County Museum of Fine Arts with the Arts & Entertainment District in City Center, two of our City's most popular destinations. This trail is more than a paved walkway - it will be a connection of green spaces that creates unique experiences for our neighbors, families and visitors. Be part of the planning process and participate in this creative thinking session to review, tweak and re-imagine public art concepts. Ideas include a sculpture garden, a misting fountain, interactive art, murals, and more! The meeting will provide opportunities for interaction and collaborative engagement to discuss and determine the best way forward for Hagerstown. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
