Valerie Winn,
of Gautier is an artist, writer, and teacher. She is the author of Forsaking Mimosa, a coming-of-age novel and the sequel, The Dance Between, available in the Gallery. In addition to teaching after school art lessons for The Walter Anderson Museum, she creates works in acrylics, particularly her Fanciful Flasks, colorful bottles with papier mache characteristics. Her watercolor, acrylic, and pen and ink prints are also available in The Pink Rooster Gallery.
