The City of Albuquerque's Cultural Services and Economic Development departments have launched the TIPPING POINTS FOR CREATIVES program--a new program to support artists in Albuquerque.
TIPPING POINTS will:
1) help the City better understand the needs and challenges artists face;
2) convene artists throughout the year to fine-tune those ideas and create opportunities for peer-sharing; and
3) do some match-making, by actually providing resources to artists--from physical space, to support with marketing and promotion.
In the first phase of the program, the City would like to hear from artists directly - regarding their challenges and biggest pain points.
So, if you self-identify as an artist, creative entrepreneur or artisan of any kind, PLEASE complete the questionnaire. This information will help inform the next phases of the program.
