Last week we had five class tours of budding young artists from Carpinteria Middle School stop by for a tour of the gallery and look at our Teen Mural Project.
Art Educator, Ryan Ethington led the students through the Koch Courtyard and talked about the teen mural project, then onto Charles Lo Bue Gallery where students got to see the Power of Green Exhibition.
When asked if they had a favorite piece, most agreed “the one with the cat and all that stuff around it!”
We hope this inspires them to one day submit their own work of art!
