Featured Program: Taft Garden & Nature Preserve Tour
Join us for a guided tour by our very own Debbie Murphy to explore the beautiful 15-acre Taft Gardens in Ojai. These curated gardens inspire visitors to learn about the majesty of nature and its complexities.
We will meet at 9:45 AM at the entrance to the gardens. Address and directions will be provided via email one week prior to the tour date.
We bring art into the community. Our state-of-the-art venue was completed in March 2019 and includes almost 10,000 square feet of total space. The Arts Center includes an art gallery, art studios and classrooms, meeting rooms, and a large outdoor courtyard in the heart of downtown.
Every summer for many years now it has been my pleasure, along with other volunteers and generous sponsors, to help facilitate the Carpinteria Teen Mural Project at the Lynda Fairly Carpinteria Arts Center. The enthusiasm, creativity and artistry produced by the youth of our community continues to amaze and inspire me. These young artists seize the opportunity to express themselves in the most imaginative ways. They make me proud to call myself a fellow artist from Carpinteria, California. I can't wait to see what they will share with us this year given the theme In My Life. - John Wullbrandt, professional artists.
