We are excited to update our community on the Poly Arts Center construction. The summer months witnessed the demolition of the lobby adjacent to the Richard Perry Theater and site preparation. Excavation and foundations are now underway, and will continue through September. Our contractors, Benchmark Construction, are on track to begin steel installation in the coming weeks. The goal is to have a fully enclosed structure before the winter months.

So far, Poly Prep has raised nearly $10 million toward our goal of $12 million. The new 10,000 square foot facility is expected to be complete during the fall of 2023.
