MetLife, the New York Jets and the New York Giants are pulling together to install a pair of two-story-high murals at MetLife Stadium, and they are calling on the public to design them! Inspired by the profound impact the workforce of plumbers, mechanics, warehouse workers, cooks, healthcare administrators, small business owners and more have had on our communities and on our daily lives, they want to install murals that will commemorate these men and women for years to come. Submitted designs will go before a jury and two will be chosen. A professional artist will take the winning vision and create a pair of two-story murals to be installed at MetLife Stadium. Application deadline is Dec. 14, 2020. Learn more.
Praxis Gallery is inaugurating a triennial, small group exhibition, featuring narrative based collections of photographic art limited to six artists with four images each. Application deadline is Dec. 15, 2020. Learn more.
The Upstream Gallery announces a call for entries for its upcoming juried photography show 2020, “Logic will get you from A to B; imagination will take you everywhere.” Photographers are invited to ignite their imaginations and submit work interpreting this theme.
