Connecting UM to Missoula - New learning opportunity for UM students at Arts Missoula
For the first time, Arts Missoula participated in the Fall UM Student Employment Fair on August 30th and in the UM Expo, September 12th, held in the University Center Ballroom at the UM campus, promoting their new Event Promotion and Management Internship. Both events offered opportunities for employers and organizations to connect with students seeking work-study, internships, volunteer, community engagement and service learning positions, while going to school. Members of the Arts Missoula team were present at both events, sharing info about the new internship position with students, as well as informing attendees about the diverse programming and events, organized and hosted by Arts Missoula throughout the year.
