Coming up in our Gallery for July
Allied Arts of Whatcom County and the artists of Old School Tattoo have partnered on a Star Wars Tribute as part of the 2018 Gallery Series. An ode to the Star Wars Franchise, Star Wars Tribute showcases what happens when the tattoo artists of Old School Tattoo deviate from their typical medium, to make their mark in a new and exciting way. Starring the imaginative staff of Old School Tattoo, these artists have diligently worked on pieces exemplifying the adventurous spirit of the Star Wars characters and iconic scenes from the movies.

Small works from members of the Bellingham Metal Arts Guild will be on display in our cases.

The Allied Arts Gallery is dedicated to providing a professional space for local artists of every background and experience level to present and sell their work, supporting the arts and artists of Bellingham’s community. Call for submissions: BeLEAF in Whatcom Art
BeLEAF in Whatcom Art and Whatcom Art Guild are excited to announce a Call for Artists for the BeLEAF in Whatcom Art, community art project. Representing the love of art in our community, a tree shape is the easel on which we will hang the individual art, submitted by professional, amateur, student, and community artists. Each person’s submission will be either their art in a leaf shape, honoring leaves, and/or as an interpretation of a leaf. Now, through at least August 2018, ArtBeLEAF.org is accepting applications. Art submission guidelines and parameters can be found on the website. Art will be collected, on certain Wednesdays 4-6 PM, at the Whatcom Art Market, 1103 11 th  St, Bellingham.
