Dean College is offering two evenings of select student works and collaborations (ticketed event), integrating dance, theatre, music, film and much more. MCC FUNDING. The Franklin Cultural District Committee (FCDC) has received a Cultural District Investment Grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council for fiscal year 2024. The FCDC is reaching out to FCD Partners for funding proposals for cultural initiatives planned in the District. If you have a project/initiative that will benefit and promote culture in our community and want to request some funding, please complete the Funding Request Form and return it to Bryan Taberner, Director of Planning and Community Development, by December 12, 2023. The FCDC will discuss the proposals at its meeting on Thursday, December 14 at 7:00 pm scheduled to be held in-person at Franklin TV, 23 Hutchinson Street, Franklin. All funds awarded need to be spent by June 30, 2024. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.

Registration opens Today, November 1. Rubik's Cube Workship at Franklin Public Library. Cubing workshop taught by kids for kids with Limited spots! Duration: 2 hrs. This Weekend the Knights of Columbus, Sacred Heart Council 1847, St. Mary Parish, is running their 6th Annual Thanksgiving Pie Sale. We are selling - Apple, Pecan, Pumpkin and Blueberry pies for a cost of $18.00 per pie. You will also be able to DONATE a pie to a senior. All donated pies will be given to the Franklin Senior Center and Franklin Food Pantry for distribution at Thanksgiving time.

Order now until Sun, Nov 5. Order online or we will also be taking Pie orders in the back of church, after Masses on Oct 28/29 and Nov 4/5. Cash, Check or Credit Card will be accepted. Online orders will accept Credit Card only. Select Pie to order online.
