Sunday, October 15 at 1:15 pm, Dianna Doucette from the Public Archaeology Lab (PAL), a private company that performs archaeology surveys for public and private projects, will be presenting at the Historical Museum. A Sneak Peak at Future Performances - Ticketed Events

October 25 to October 29, The Play That Goes Wrong, presented by Dean College. An Olivier Award-winning comedy that is a hilarious hybrid of Monty Python and Sherlock Holmes. Join Ben and the not-so-feisty feline Obsura as she navigates her haunted house in search of her owners, encountering all manner of spooky sights along the way. Obscura the Cat Sees Beyond is more than a good old-fashioned scary story—it’s a “tail” of cleverness and bravery, and a valuable lesson that sometimes, our fears are more scared of us than we are of them! Sunday, October 22 at 10:00 am LGBTQ History Month the First Universalist Society in Franklin pleased to invite all to two opportunities on Sunday October 22 to honor LGBTQ individuals and allies alike. At 10:00 am, our worship service will focus on the contributions of LGBTQ folk to our religious tradition and society at large. Then from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm we will view a movie described as a teen romance/comedy. Following the 1 hour and 44 minute movie there will be an opportunity for discussion and conversation.
