Continuing through November 23, register to run or walk in the 12th Annual Turkey Trot to benefit the Franklin Food Pantry. Walkers and runners of all ages and abilities are invited to register and participate in the Thanksgiving morning tradition which begins and ends at 91 Jordan Road, Franklin. NOW: MCC FUNDING. The Franklin Cultural District Committee (FCDC) has received a Cultural District Investment Grant from the Massachusetts Cultural Council for fiscal year 2024. The FCDC is reaching out to FCD Partners for funding proposals for cultural initiatives planned in the District. Mrs Claus will be reading The Night Before Christmas to enchanted children and of course will be available for a special holiday photo. Each child will also receive a holiday sticker craft. Start your season bright with this annual holiday tradition at the museum. Ho Ho hope to see you there! FREE. Saturday, December 2, 9:30am to 12:00pm. The Franklin Garden Club will sell decorated holiday wreaths, swags and cemetery boxes at Daddario’s Hardware Store. In addition, holiday fresh floral arrangements will be sold on Facebook and Instagram beginning December 16. Prices range from $20- $40.
