Little Italy Property Owners Association (LIPOA) and the great neighbors of Little Italy
do their best to keep The Neighborhood looking and feeling GREAT. Last Saturday LIPOA volunteers organized a neighborhood cleanup day with an amazing turnout. "We weeded sidewalks, cleaned alleys, cleared dead tree branches ... and we did it together like communities should!" posted Joe Benny's owner Joe Gardella. "To say JB's is proud to be a member of Little Italy is an understatement." Visit LIPOA website.

PART TIME POSITION IN LITTLE ITALY: Joe Benny's Focacceria is looking for someone with some experience in the kitchen, preferably with pizza skills, to join its staff part-time. This position could possibly turn into full-time. In-person visits only between 5-6pm or email info@joebennys.com.
LIGHTS - CAMERA - ACTION! Little Italy recently was the back drop for filming some scenes for the Netflix show, House of Cards, starring Kevin Spacey. The spotlight was on our beautiful neighborhood and featured the chic Pane e Vino bar on High Street.
SAVE COLUMBUS DAY! In recognition and endorsement of Columbus Day and the contributions of the 25 million Americans of Italian descent. With our holiday consistently under attack, Order Sons of Italy is asking the White House to rededicate the Presidency to both the holiday and to the Italian community. Sign the petition online here.
