BOUNDLESS
June 25, 2020

Ephesians 3:16-19

This morning during my devotion time God gave me this passage of scripture.

Ephesians 3:16-19 “I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God’s love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how hig h and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all fullness of life and power that comes from God.”

Let me suggest to you all that you read this passage of scripture every morning for the next week. Let it fill every part of you. If we fully trust him, he will make his home in your hearts. Those roots will grow down and keep you strong. And this next part is the best as far as I am concerned…. That we can fully understand, as all people should, how wide, how long, how high and how deep his love is.

Key phrase in that last statement… .
AS ALL PEOPLE SHOULD.   That is our commission to make sure that all people know about His love.

During these very unprecedented times what can your church and Women’s Ministries group do to make sure that all know of His love? Let’s not quit telling the story!

Prayer Request From The Philippines!
Schools are facing the unknown especially that next school year 2020-2021 is still uncertain, though initially classes have been moved to start on August 24, 2020, as per the directive of the Department of Education. If and when classes will start in August, there will be no “face-to-face” classroom instruction. Distant learning and home schooling will be the new learning approach. Our teaching staff have been busy navigating this new normal preparing learning packets and modules as well as familiarizing on line learning platforms.
Effective June 1st we have started our enrollment. A few students have responded as of this writing. However, there are a number of parents in our basic education department who withdrew their children to transfer to public schools because a lot of them lost their jobs, businesses were affected, and life is just hard in general.
Since the lock down GBBC has struggled with finances to keep up with meeting the needs for staff salaries, maintenance and utilities.
We urge you to pray for and with us that God will grant us His wisdom and His provision as we journey through these very trying times. Specifically, please pray that our students will be able to enroll and that God will also provide sponsors for our students. Likewise, please help us pray for God’s provision for the technological equipment, like laptops, our teaching staff need for this new learning approach.
If God is leading you to be a student sponsor, please visit our website at www.gbbc.edu.ph
If you wish to help provide laptops for our teaching staff, you may send in any amount to GBIM, 100 Stinson Drive, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901. Please make sure to put GBBC on the memo line of your check.
Thank you very much for your continued support and prayers. May the grace of our Lord abound in and though you always.
Dr. Joyce Porcadilla- Rubia
