Who needs you more?

I have been retired for 8 years now from my early intervention job. Oh my! How the time flies. Throughout covid I thought of educators, speech paths, parents so many times. I admired the tenacity of you all. Did kids suffer in these years? Absolutely, but it wasn't without your incredible efforts to keep kids going.

All kids have unique needs, so how do you reach them all?

My job involved parent coaching while interacting with just one child on my caseload and possibly a few siblings. I never had to juggle an entire classroom. Oh how I admire all of you with huge class sizes and caseloads. I respect the work you do and the efforts you put into your job.
