A WORD FROM OUR CEO

Happy Holidays from the Ascend team! This month we feature original content from two of our own: Lead Recruiter Charlie Laurer explores the topic of Passive Employers, as well as my own take on The Undoing of Recruiting.

As we reflect on 2017, we're proud that we are creating a new kind of search firm: One that focuses on transparency, rather than the 'headhunter mystique'. One that shares our candidate sourcing data with our clients, rather than hiding behind 'proprietary databases'. One that uses data analytics to help our clients make informed decisions. One that behaves like a friend instead of an adversary. One that believes that the more you give, the more you get in return.

We hope you enjoy our newsletter. Happy Holidays to your and your families, and may 2018 be your most joyous, prosperous year ever!
