Do You Have Your Membership Card?
Ashburn Village Residents,
In order to enter the pools and gym, you must have your membership card. The same card that you use to access the sports pavilion is used to access the pools. Each card has a unique set of numbers identifying your membership profile. Once you receive your membership card you may download the Ashburn Village Sports Pavilion App and create an account to use the card digitally.
If you are a new homeowner and do not have a membership card, please click here to fill out the new homeowner membership form. If you are a new renter, please email your lease, and the following forms signed and completed: Download Forms Here to avca@ashburnvillage.org.
Each household is allotted two adult members and all dependent children up to 25 years old residing on the property. Two (2) additional adult memberships are available for purchase for residents eighteen (18) years old and older. Owners may convey their membership to their tenants.
Also, for residents that are renters and have an AVSP membership already set up your membership will expire when your lease expires. Please send your most current lease to renew/reactivate your passes.
AVCA needs 24 to 48 hours to process your pass.
If you have lost or misplaced your card, it is $5.00 to replace the card. Credit card or exact cash only. Another option is to download the AVSP App and create an account. You can use the mobile barcode in the app to get into the pools and gym.

Guest Pool Passes
Each summer every household has ten (10) free pool passes directly loaded to the household’s Ashburn Village membership account(s). These pool passes are digital and are linked to your Ashburn Village membership card for your use at the Woods, Mills, and Lakes pools. Additional pool passes cost $5 each and can be purchased at the Sports Pavilion. If you wish to use the Sports Pavilion or their pools you will need to purchase a Sports Pavilion guest pass (1 for $10, 5 for $45, or 10 for $80). If you have questions about pool passes or guest passes, please call the Sports Pavilion at 703-729-0581.

Ashburn Village Common Area Planting Initiative
NEW LOWER PRICING!
We want to hear from YOU!
The AVCA is beginning a tree canopy revitalization effort to plant more native trees and shrubs in our common areas, and we need your input to prioritize common area plantings over the next few years. The AVCA is initiating two programs to add native trees and shrubs to our common areas in the fall. You can have a say in what trees get planted and where, by completing the surveys below.
1. Ashburn Village Homeowner Recommendations for Common Area Plantings
Homeowners may provide their input on the common areas most in need of trees and shrubs.
| |
2. Homeowner Common Area Tree Donation Program
For homeowners who want trees planted in the common areas next to their lot (to improve privacy, serve as a sound or light buffer, provide shade, or just to beautify the area), they can speed up the process of getting this done by requesting to have a tree (or trees) planted in the requested location at their expense. Once the request is approved, the homeowner pays the AVCA to have the tree(s) planted, and the AVCA will have the trees planted in bulk across the common areas of Ashburn Village to reduce costs.
| |
Submit today! Deadline for both surveys: May 31, 2024 | |
Changes to Sports Courts Access
(***If you already have access to the Tennis/Pickleball Courts you DO NOT need to sign up for access to the Sports Courts.***)
| |
Dear Ashburn Village Residents,
The Sports Courts at The Lakes Recreation Center will soon have restricted access using an automatic locking mechanism. The system has been put in place to ensure only residents have access to these amenities, and to keep them secure.
The system will go into effect June 1, 2024. After the system goes into effect, users will be able to unlock the courts during the approved use hours using an app on their phone.
Interested residents should fill out an online form so that management can collect the data needed to upload authorized users to the Brivo system (the name of the security system we are using). Once residents are added to the courts, Brivo will send an email to the email address that was provided, with a link to the app. Users will be required to download the app on their phone and register. Once set up, users will use the app to unlock the gate when in close proximity to it. For guest access, a resident may bring in no more than three guests. Signs will be placed at the gates with instructions for access.
If you have any questions about the new security system, please contact the HOA office at 703-723-7910, or avca@ashburnvillage.org.
