All reviews are performed by AVCA Covenants Staff. Click HERE for the right of access policy. Staff does not enter fenced yards or access decks during these reviews, except if a Resale Certificate Package is requested.

A Message from Supervisor Sylvia Glass:

Overnight milling and paving work will take place on Ashburn Road, between Gloucester Parkway and Ashburn Farm Parkway/Farmwell Road, from the evening of Monday, August 12, through the morning of Monday, August 19, during approximately the hours of 10:00pm to 4:00am. The overnight work is being done to minimize prolonged daytime road work and lane closures that would affect the surrounding area.

The milling and paving timeline is as follows, but is subject to change based on weather conditions:

  • Monday, August 12 at 10:00pm to Tuesday, August 13 at 4:00am
  • Milling both lanes from Gloucester Parkway to Hay Road
  • Tuesday, August 13 at 10:00pm to Wednesday, August 14 at 4:00am
  • Milling southbound lane from Partlow Road to Ashburn Farm Parkway/Farmwell Road
  • Wednesday, August 14 at 10:00pm to Thursday, August 15 at 4:00am
  • Milling northbound lane from Ashburn Farm Parkway/Farmwell Road to Partlow Road
  • Paving both lanes from Gloucester Parkway to Hay Road
  • Thursday, August 15 at 10:00pm to Friday, August 16 at 4:00am
  • Paving southbound lane from Partlow Road to Ashburn Farm Parkway/Farmwell Road
  • Sunday, August 18 at 10:00pm to Monday, August 19 at 4:00am
  • Paving northbound lane from Ashburn Farm Parkway/Farmwell Road to Partlow Road

We apologize for any inconvenience and disturbance the overnight work for this project will cause. Please be advised that sections of Ashburn Road may be inaccessible when milling or paving is actively occurring. Please follow posted road signs and work crew instructions. For more information on the road work, please visit my webpage at https://Loudoun.gov/BroadRun or email me at Sylvia.Glass@Loudoun.gov.

Staff Shoutouts!

A Happy Homeowner Said, "The staff is always extremely helpful. Recently my daughter who is home from college for the summer wanted to use the sports pavilion, but for some reason her old pass was no longer in the system. Lydia helped me to get a new sports pavilion pass for her and had it ready on the same day, even though it was after 4 pm when I requested it."
