Projects completed this week by the Facilities and Grounds crew included:
- Watered trees and bushes
- Removed bee nest on Bruceton Mills
- Picked up brush on Rootstown
- Trimmed tree on Suscon
- Installed test vent cover at Pavilion
- Repaired hinge on cabinet in kids bathroom
- Put out signs for Village Fest
- Moved bleachers and fans for Village Fest
- Put up boundary for Village Fest
- Removed 17 stumps with grinder

Dear Ashburn Village Residents,
The Ashburn Village Community Association is looking for a member of the community to join our team as a Covenants Inspector! If YOU are interested in working with us in this full-time position, please send your resume to our Resident Services Manager, Trevor Wright, twright@ashburnvillage.org.
The Covenants Inspector (CI) conducts all types of inspections throughout Ashburn Village. The CI during this process ensures compliance with the Governing Documents, Architectural and Environmental Guidelines, Federal and State statues, and POA of Virginia.

Responsibilities
- Manage annual, patrol, reinspections, and various inspections and ensure compliance with the Governing Documents, Architectural and Environmental Guidelines, Federal and State statues, and POA of Virginia.
- Researches all external modifications documented in all systems and in property file to ensure compliance.
- Processes violation letters for property, in accordance to the due process, which are not in compliance.
- Verify that approved exterior modifications are built according to the approved application and process correspondence if not.
- Scanning, uploading, and filing all records.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Resident Services Manager.

Board of Directors Election Information - Online Voting Opens September 17th
Owners will once again be eligible to vote electronically using a third-party representative, Vote HOA Now. This is a safe and efficient method to increase participation while saving both time and money. Each property with an email on file will receive an email invitation to vote around September 17 from the community voting site. Please be sure to add this email address (ashburnvillage@ivotehoa.com) to your safe sender list/address book so you can participate in the vote.

Please arrive early or on time for class; No admittance will be allowed after 5 minutes of scheduled start time. No exceptions. Please do not enter the Group Exercise room if a class is in session.There are a limited number of spots available for each class. Guests are not permitted in Group Exercise classes.
