Reminder to Leash Your Pets

Per our Govering Documents, page 45-46 pets shall not be permitted upon the Common Area unless accompanied by someone who can control the pet and unless carried or leashed.



Loudoun County Leash Law

All dogs are required to be leashed unless they are on the owner’s property, or are in a designated space (fenced dog park). For more information about Loudoun’s animal related laws, please refer to the Loudoun County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 612.13 under Running At Large. 

Also, animal complaints can be submitted to Animal Control online through Loudoun Express Request.

Please enjoy our dog park located at Fincastle Field for a safe, fenced area to let your dogs run around.

Please Properly Clean Up Your Yard Debris

Please do not blow or rake your leaves and/or any yard debris into the street/common areas. We ask that you please properly discard of your yard debris by sweeping or raking and then bagging it in paper bags for pick up on Mondays. We have received some concerns from our residents and our inspectors have noticed that some of the houses had blown all their grass and/or leaves into the street/common areas. This can clog the sewer drain opening leading to potential flooding. For more information on Yard Waste click here.

Fall Tennis

Marina

The Marina is open on Saturday and Sundays from 11 AM to 5 PM. It closes for the season the last weekend in October. Please check in at the front desk for a life vest and to sign a waiver.

Checking In

Anyone entering the facility who is not a resident or member scanning in will have to give their information to the front desk attendant. We will no longer be using the QR code for guests to enter the facility. Thank you for understanding.

Membership Photo

Members must have an up-to-date photo on their account to enter the AVSP. If you enter via the express entry with no photo on file, you will be asked to exit and enter through the main lobby entrance. We are working on adding/updating pictures to everyone’s profile, please be patient with us during this process, we appreciate your cooperation.

A Happy Homeowner said, "Applause, applause for Lydia Jessup (Member Services & Covenant Inspector) for her rapid responsiveness to the many questions we have recently sent her way on varied subjects (usually within hours, and never longer than next day). We're sure hers is a busy desk, so this takes some doing! We also want to commend her for recently reigniting interest in (and overseeing) another opportunity for Villagers to share and submit their photographs of neighborhood surrounds (seasonal and otherwise) from their own "points of view" (pun intended).
