Revised Lower 2023 Assessments

The Board of Directors has approved to lower the 2023 assessments from what was published in November. This is due to a recalculation of the reserves contribution which resulted in the need to collect a lower assessment than previously published. Assessments are still going to increase, but a lesser amount than previously announced. Please find the revised dues here and disregard the prior numbers. To view the finance page with the assessments you will be required to login to the website. If you have not yet registered for the website you can do so by clicking here. In addition, for those who already prepaid the 2023 annual assessment in advance for the entire year, we will be issuing refunds of the excess amount. Thank you for your understanding.
