Consider Strength Training
Two Good Reasons

1. Build Muscle Mass
Did you know that you start losing muscle mass at age 30?  At age 65 muscle mass declines even faster. Want to make it easier to rise from a chair, carry groceries, and play with your grandchildren?

2. Avoid Recurring Back Pain
Did you know back belts, orthotics, and bed rest are "almost ineffective?"

BUT "exercise combined with education reduced the risk of an episode of low back pain in the next year by 45%. In other words, it almost halved the risk."   LEARN MORE
