Let's get together to discuss the amazing brain. An interactive dive to protect our brain from avoidance of injury, illness & toxins. The brain & spinal cord make up the central nervous system (CNS), and the CNS regulates everything that we do. It controls all of our motor & respiratory functions, mediates our senses (sight, smell, hearing, taste, touch), & allows us to form memories & process complex thoughts & emotions. To nurture our brains, we must provide them with the proper fuel, move our bodies, challenge our minds, balance technology, rest & manage our stress levels. Let's be mindful to ensure we do not injure them with falls, illness, or toxins that could lead to damage.
