Food+Farm=Fest.
 Join Subarashii Kudamono at the upcoming 3rd Annual Philly Farm Food Fest at the Philadelphia Convention Center on Sunday April 13th. This festival, a celebration of local foods & growers, is an enormous farmers' market. On the main market floor, Subarashii Kudamono will be on hand to sample and sell dried Asian Pears and Asian Pear Spread. And in the fest's Libations Lounge, Subarashii will be doing a Philly sneak-preview tasting of its brand-new Dry Asian Pear Wine. Green is Good.
Subarashii Kudamono helped kick off the grand opening of Mrs Green's Natural Market in West Windsor township, NJ (near Princeton) last week. Hundreds of residents showed up to tour the beautiful and thoughtful store; they had the opportunity to sample offerings to be carried by Mrs Green's.
Showcased were foods from local growers. Subarashii sampled its Dried Asian Pears with two New Jersey cheeses (Toma and Farmstead) from Cherry Grove Farms. These 'pear-ings' were a huge hit. Mrs Green's will be carrying the 4.2 oz size package of our Dried Asian Pears in its 'local' section.
Mrs Green's is relatively new to the area, many of their stores are in CT, NY and other states. Hats off to the team at Fair Foods Philadelphia who facilitated many local growers to be featured in this new, healthful store.
