Dear residents,

As part of our HOA candidates' Meet and Greet social event, we would like to allow each candidate the opportunity to answer a few residents' questions. In order to have a broad-based set, we are asking for residents in good standing to send in nomination-style questions.

Nomination-style questions are for candidates. Please remember that these volunteers are not current board members, management staff, builders, or developers. Ideal questions should be designed to get a sense of each candidate's goals, aspirations, and previous experiences that might prepare them for these future roles.  

Depending on the number of questions and categories (ie, community, landscape, financial, etc.), the Nominating Committee might edit and/or combine some of the questions to focus on the broader topic and to allow time for candidate responses. If the committee feels certain questions are more appropriate to send to the current board, they will do so and not be used for these candidates.

Please submit your questions in writing, with your name and street address, to wendellfallsnc@ccmcnet.com before 5 pm on Monday, September 22. The questions will be presented to the candidates in random order to ensure fair distribution of responses.

We are currently working to schedule the Meet and Greet event and will share the date and time with you soon.
