When AskAway hours of operation are listed on the library's hours page, students see that the service is an option available to them and know what time of day they can connect.
Service hours should be clearly displayed. Alternatively, provide a link to the AskAway
hours page.
Include an entry point (chat box, tab, or link) on your library's hours page so the service can be easily accessed.
