May's tip focused on placing AskAway in ProQuest databases. To further increase visibility and make research help easy to find, add AskAway to EBSCO database search results and detailed records.
An embedded chat box provides an open invitation to chat directly at point of need. The title should indicate what the chat box is for (e.g. Research Help), and in EBSCO, make sure the widget is set to "Open" by default for maximum visibility.
